What is a pre-order? What is made-to-order?
A pre-order means that an item has been designed/created and quantities will be ordered based on how many orders of an item are placed.
Made-to-order products are items that are craft in-house and made especially for you. These items are made per order placed, meaning that no 2 should be alike.
So what's the difference?
Basically, one means that I'm ordering a ton of one product and should have some extras. Made-To-Order means that it's only made once an order is placed, kind of like commissions.
Do you accept bulk/event orders?
I accept small volume orders, such as bridesmaid custom stones or wedding favour soap soul stones. Please check our Event Order page for more information.
Can I combine shipping with another order?
Yes! In most cases, as long as your first order has not been shipped and is going to the same address, you are able to combine the shipping in your second order. If your second order includes items that will increase your shipping cost, you will be sent a Paypal invoice or custom listing to supplement the costs.
If you decide to combine shipping, your orders will not be shipped until every item is in stock and your shipping costs have been paid in full.
I live outside of the US and Canada. How can I place an order?
Please place an order via the Contact form. Please note that we do not ship to the EU. UK orders are handled via Etsy. Soaps cannot ship outside the US/Canada.
There's something missing in my order!
I am one (1) Itsu who creates and packages every order! Sometimes I might have missed an item! Please contact me via the Contact Form or Twitter if you are having issues with your order.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Canada.
Why does it take so long for you ship?
This shop is run by one (1) Itsu. This means that I am the designer, shopkeeper, marketing team, manufacturer of most items, shipping department, photographer, etc. (the list goes on) on top of working a full-time day job. Oh, and the postal office I typically go to is far from me. So thank you for being so patient while I find the time and energy to go to the post office!
My item was damaged on the way to me! Can you help me?
Please contact us regarding your concern. Please be prepared to have photos and other evidence of the postal service damaging your product.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I strictly do not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception to this is if we are unable to fulfill your order.
Why don't you accept returns?
CHOKKOmiilk is a small business, run by a single person. This is not a large company like Am*zon or Walm*rt. Small businesses like mine do not have the capacity to handle returns like big companies.
Miscellaneous
Can you make stuff from XYZ game/fandom?
I only make items from fandoms that I am familiar with and designs that I like. I do not take requests.
Why are you cringe?
Because... I am free.
