Shipping FAQs
Shopify: Canada, United States, select Asia countries
Etsy: UK, Oceania, select EU countries
Please note that bath goods cannot be shipped outside the US/Canada.
All of these orders are now handled via Etsy.
For Non-Bath Goods, I can ship to the following countries: Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Laos, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India. I cannot ship to other countries due to shipping restrictions.

This shop is run by one (1) Itsu. I'm pretty much in charge of everything for this shop on top of working a day job! I try to fulfill orders in a timely manner, and contact if there are any significant delays. Thank you for being so patient!

Yes! In most cases, as long as your first order has not been shipped and is going to the same address, you are able to combine the shipping in your second order. Typically I would refund you the shipping from the second order once I have confirmed the final shipping cost.
If you decide to combine shipping, your orders will not be shipped until every item is in stock and your shipping costs have been paid in full.
Ordering FAQs
A pre-order means that an item has been designed and quantities will be ordered/created based on how many orders of an item are placed. These items are often not in stock and are ordered after the pre-order period has ended.
Made-To-Order means that each item is made per order.
I accept small volume orders, such as custom bridesmaid bath salts or event favour soap bars. Please contact me with your idea for a consultation.
I strictly do not accept returns or exchanges, regardless of circumstance. The only exception to this is if we are unable to fulfill your order.
CHOKKOmiilk is a small business, run by a single person. This is not a large company like Am*zon or Walm*rt. Small businesses like mine do not have the capacity to handle returns like big companies.
