Toronto Local Pick-Up

Live in the GTA? Need a last-minute gift or a quick restock?

As of Oct 1/2025, We are offering local meet-up for orders placed via Shopify in certain areas of Toronto, subject to availability. This is more for those who aren't fussed about working around our schedule and can get their items sooner without having to pay shipping! This is subject to end at CHOKKOmiilk's discretion.

Requirements

  • Order Minimum: $45 CAD ($50 for certain locations)
  • Discord Handle (in Order Notes)
  • Meet-Up Confirmation via Discord the Day of Meet-Up (to confirm Timeslot)

How It Works

  1. Check available days/locations below
  2. Place order & select "Local Pick-Up" at checkout
  3. Make Arrangements via Discord. You will receive a friend request from ITSU.
  4. Itsu will message either 1 day ahead or day-of to confirm meet-up. You must reply/react/confirm this otherwise this will forefeit your timeslot.
  5. Obtain your order!

There is a 10 minute grace period for both Itsu and you. Please try to contact via Discord if you will be late. Absence longer than 15min will forfeit the timeslot.
